IMPORTANT INFO
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ORDERING CARDSThere are some things to keep in mind while using our new system.
Its new! - We have made every effort to make our new system straightforward and easy to use. If you find any bugs or have any issues with using any of the features please do not hesitate to contact us
The cards you design on our new system are not the finished product. - The card you create is used as a guide by our design team, to create a print quality card, which you will get to review before we print.
You don't have to do it yourself! - For some people designing your own cards is just too much hassle. Don't worry, you can still leave it all to us, just click on the Request Sample Pack link and we can take it from there.
Jpegs only - Our image uploader will only accept Jpeg images, which is the most common file type for pictures.

Image Centre
The image centre is available for you to upload, crop and resize your own photos. When designing or customising cards you can add imagery from your image centre to further personalise your card.
Uploading
At the bottom of the image centre page you will find the image upload. By clicking the browse button you will be able to select from images on your own computer. Once you have chosen the needed image you can click on the add button which uploads the image. We would always recommend saving images here before starting a new card. Once you have uploaded your image you can resize or crop it to suit your desired card by clicking on the resize crop option at the bottom of each image.
Resizing
In order to fit your image into a desired template it may be necessary to resize the image. To resize an image in your image centre just click on the crop/resize link beneath the image. Your image can be resized by changing the dimensions on the right hand side of the page. The images have a maximum width of 600pixels and can only be reduced in proportion.

Cropping
To crop your image to the correct proportions you can select a number of preset sizes from a drop down menu on the right hand side of the crop and resize page. Alternatively you can click and drag your preferred size.
Once you have selected the area you wish to keep you can click on the crop button to crop your selection and then the save button which will save your selection as a new image. The image centre keeps all the images you upload so that they can be used on multiple cards.
Ordering Standard Cards
To order a card you must first login. Once logged in you can preview the full range of keepsake and memorial cards. By clicking on the product images you can preview the product and from there choose the “order this card” option. This brings you to the customise layout section where you can add images and text to the chosen card.
Adding Text to Cards
When choosing text you may select text from verses available by clicking the select verse button on the righthand side of the layout page. Alternatively you can type your own text into the box provided and click the add button. Once the text has been chosen it will appear as in the image below.
When you click on the text box white squares will appear around the text box which will allow you to resize the text box to an appropriate size as in the image below.
Within the text box there are three icons:
By clicking and holding down your mouse button on this icon you can drag and place the text box anywhere on the card.
This icon can be clicked to remove the text box from the card.
By clicking on this icon you can make changes to the text already placed on the card
Please note that for each adjustment made to text or images you must click on this button
This keeps track of the positions of all the adjustments made to the card.
Adding Imagery
Adding images to your cards is done in much the same way as adding text. You can upload an image directly to the card or choose from the image library.
By clicking the image library button you have the option of selecting the preset images from your image centre. Once you have chosen your image it will appear on the card like so
As with the text box the same white boxes can be used to resize the image.
Within the image box there are two icons
By clicking and holding down your mouse button on this icon you can drag the image and place it anywhere on the card.
This icon can be clicked to remove the image from the card.
Special Order Cards
KPS provide a number of blank templates for you to create your very own unique keepsake or memorial card. The special order template can be accessed through the “Create a new card” link on the products pages.
Adding Images
The template will appear with the defined areas left blank. By clicking on each area you will be able to add images to suit. When you click on an area you will be able to add imagery from your image centre or alternatively you may search through the KPS image library. Once you have selected appropriate images you can click on the “save and continue to layout” link to the right of the page. From here the card can be altered in the same way a standard card is altered.
Completing your order
Once you have decided a layout for your card you can click on the order card button which will allow you to choose a quantity for this card and add the item to your shopping cart. From there you can proceed to our secure payment system to pay for your order. Once payment has been received from you KPS will draft a print quality version of your card and contact you for a final confirmation.
